Abt SINPO 35223 with storm noise, fading
It's a little difficult to tell where RTN programming ended and BRI began. It seemed to me that abt 0208-0240 was the BRI segment.

Pretty sure that this is the one which has been heard several times. Popped up from the noise from time to time it seemed during this time interval with 3 letter groups. I was not able to hear the callup at the start or end, but the voice was unmistakable.
