0118 Losing it to deep fading, and a traveling het is passing thru...

0235 thinking I heard NRS CW ID, then abrupt off

S3 at best in moderately hi noise, deep periodic fades.  Hearing an occasional "beep" over the music

Fair amout of storm QRN, presumably from the SE.

0116 Can hear pounding throbbing bass and percussion of dance music, some vocal.
0121 Block of DJ talk - no discernible ID
0128 Back into music
0131 Faded down into the noise, but still there
0156 Recheck; faint het still there

Very weak in the noise.

Great signal with ID, music at S7 to S9. Listening in the background and taping as I pay today (the honey do list) for yesterday's excesses.

1640 Talking about adventures in Big Sur, interspersed with musical selections.
1701 Talking abt the beauty of nature as seen through the influence of psychedelic drugs.  IDs.  Trying to get a QSO going with Borderhunter.
1707 Dr. Benway calling RBH and listening..
1714 "Gotcha" de Benway -- no trace of BHR here during UR unkey intervals
1723 Entertaining story: "We are not alone..."
1738 IDs, addy, thanks, and Good Night
1740 s/off
1742 Established QSO w/ BHR in LSB  --  BHR weak but audible here
1751 End QSO 15490 clear

Nice selection of Dylan, massive S9+10 here.  Closing ann and off at 2343.
