Not sure if this is it, but with my receiver tuned to 13559.33 usb, I get what sounds almost like UVB-76.  Still hearing it at 23:36z.

Could be wrong, but I believe this is AD149 from Argentina, on 6934.9.

It is - positive ID at 23:50z by male (@ 3min into recording)

Finally got the Kenwood unpacked and got a wire antenna up after too many years. This is my first pirate after a looooooooooooog time. Strong signal here at 2340 but lots of noise. Probably my poor antenna.
