The only 2 receivers that remotely have any signals are the:

250 FT V BEAM ANTENNA AIMED TO EUROPE
120 FT T2FD ANTENNA - GOOD EVERYWHERE ESP LOWER BANDS

but you have to listen carefully.

Another descent evening, February 03, 2021, for Brazil DRM Experimental.

Tuned in at 22:49z with talk radio programming followed by a station ID at 23:00z. Musical programing resumed with female announcer.

The station appeared to have suffered a technical issues at 23:09z where the carrier was abruptly dropped and returned at 23:30z with musical programming.

00:00z had a male announcer with some kind of event programming, perhaps a sport broadcast.

Signal fading started around 00:15z causing the decoder to start loosing sync and eventually no longer decoding. 01:34z conditions improved, returning to the event program in progress.

02:48z regular musical programing returns followed by station ID at 02:55z, voice announcements at 03:01z.

05:20z musical programming continues. Signal level fluctuating between -100 dBm and -93 dBm. The decoder remains locked with an average SNR of 15.7 dB.

Listening to "Brazil DRM Exper" at 23:43z on February 02, 2021 from Toronto, Ontario Canada. This has to be one of the best Dream DRM decodes that I have ever heard. Great quality and showcase of music. I am enjoying this broadcast. Even the DRM Journaline (data) is working.

The signal level is hovering around -80 dBm and the transmission is aac+ mono (12.46 kbps) + MM (2.30 kbps).

At 02:30z the signal level has droped about 10 dB and sometimes dips as low as -100 dBm and I am still decoding this broadcast with minimal issues.

At 03:30z the signal level had droped to -106 dBm and the decoder is now loosing sync and breaking up most of the time with no audio output.

I have been using an SDRplay RSPduo for over 2 years now and am very pleased with it. Frequency range is 1 kHz to 2 GHz. The RSPdx would be a good choice. I use the RSPduo all the way down to 20 kHz with the loop antenna. The SDR puts my Collins, Harris, Racal and Watkins-Johnson receivers to shame. I would have a hard time going back to an analogue, rack mounted, receiver. As much as I am not a big fan of the Kiwi user interface I will eventually add one to my collection as a "remote receiver".  --- Richard

TDF Radio France in DRM mode with French programming at 23:46z on 2021-02-01.
aac Mono (8.08 kbps) + MM (6.8 kbps) and was able to decode using the DREAM software.
00:00z broadcast ends.

Your Myanmar assumptions are most likely correct and collaborated by the 17:05z VOA "International Edition" broadcast on 17895.0 kHz, leading with the Myanmar coup. It was mentioned that officials had stated that TV broadcasts had ceased "due to technical issues".

Received from Toronto, Ontario Canada on RSPduo, Barker & Williamson and Wellbrook loop antennae. Signal level at 02:28z is -100 dBm. Propagation is inproving, signal level at 03:40z is -88 dBm.

Saab Grintek MHF-50 MFSK Modem being heard in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Signal is at approx -100 dBm on 6504.0 kHz USB at 02:28z, 2021-02-01. I had previously intercepted this station on 2020-11-13 at 02:24z.

RSPduo and receiving on both the Barker & Williamson antenna and Wellbrook loop.

I can just barely see the carrier above the noise floor on the SDR's spectrum display. The station is far too weak to demodulate and hear anything intelligible. Listening from Toronto, Ontario Canada, 00:34z.

Similar effect here in Toronto if I listen using the Barker & Williamson antenna. If I switch to the loop or end-fed antenna then all I receive is CINA. CINA is located +/- 8 miles from my location. It's all about the antenna / ground waves.  https://radio-locator.com/info/CINA-AM

Paul, give it a shot anyway. I use Windows 7 as well. The application appears to runs, I.E. no error messages. I followed the instructions in the PDF and tried to analyze an I/Q file from SDRuno but with negative result. After I clicked "process" it returned to the main screen with no waterfall display.  I also could not find the "progress indicators" mentioned in the document or it is perhaps that I used an incompatible I/Q file to test with. --- Richard
