I am guessing this is from Europe due to frequency and that the signal started slowly drifting in as it got closer to sunset here (2338 utc)

2330 At the moment, I can hear an OM talking just above noise and then some instrumental music, maybe jazz
2345 Not much noticeable improvement in signal after sunset, muffled voices just above noise

O'Rahilly also convinced client George Lazenby to forego the James Bond role after one film as he would become part of the Establishment, according to Lazenby.

I imagine some tributes will be forthcoming......

Excellent reception on T/O 7000 from West Peak (1,025'), Meriden, CT - the highest traprock peak in state.  Fifteen airmiles from me.  This is less for the accomplishment of receiving the broadcast but rather the bizarreness of the day's forecast.  Ah, April in New England.

1028 ID, Frequency, broadcast originates from Upton, NY
1030 Two warnings for Northern Middlesex County, from 5pm-2am: Severe wind warning gusts over 50mph, gusty winds could blow around unsecured items, high temperature near 60.  Thunderstorms with heavy rain, hail this afternoon.  Tonight, frost warning from 11p-9am, temperatures will result in frost formation.  Sensitive plants will be killed, outdoor plumbing should be drained.

Very good reception, was not going to post this broadcaster again because of the regularity that I have.  But they are playing one of the greatest songs of all time so post is warranted.  The Left Banke's use of the Lydian mode in its melody (pre-dating The Beatles use) with an oboe over the instrumental portion and a string quartet makes it a true work of art.

1051 "Pretty Ballerina"  The Left Banke.  ;D. As this is a request program, let me thank whoever wanted that play.  (Too bad RNZI didn't follow it up with "Walk Away Renee")
1054 Unid soft rock
