Utility / EAM 15016 usb -end at 1620 UTC 4/14/17

Just caught the end, the usual phonetics with "This is Prescott, OUT"

I thought these usually start at the top of hour unless it was just a long one.  
These EAMs may be a little more active with everything that is going on.
I'm going try to keep an eye on the EAM activity.

VHF/UHF Logs, including satellites and radiosondes / 49.847 mHz Baby monitor?

Picking up a signal on 49.847 MHz, sounds like someone's baby monitor.
I tuned past it, don't want to spy on people, but do these monitors operate around this frequency?

CRI coming in on this band tonight also, ended at 0100z with good copy.
WWV 15 MHz booming in, hearing WWVH also at 0125z. 19 meters opening up for nighttime propagation.

Horrible audio from Caribbean Beacon/University Network on several of their Frequencies for several weeks now. I emailed them twice with no response.

Not that I care for their content but you think they would be concerned that their broadcast is unlistenable.

They make Radio Cairo look like a local FM station
