Yes, the signal was really good here, even despite local QRM. Much srtonger than almost all other US pirates. Unfortunately, I had no opportunity to make an audio recording this time, but I hope the WDDR will broadcast again sometime.

UNID relay of World Radio Network (Russian programs) was received on 6592 kHz USB. The main frequency for this service is 738 kHz (in Moscow). The SINPO has been changing from 45433 to 25422 and backwards. It seems, these transmissions are more or less regular, as I met mentions about it early.

My guess: this signal has an utility origin. The carrier is probably blank.

The best signal in Kiev is on 12025 kHz from 2200 till 2300 UTC. The SINPO is up to 44433-45433.

Liberia is on 60 mb tropical band again. SINPO was up to 45333 at 2220 UTC in Kiev. Various Christian songs and speech in English.

Radio Alfa Lima International was my first pirate station on 48 mb. I had received AL on 19th of January 2003 for the first time, with father's VEF-201 receiver without a digital frequency scale, between lot of image channels from powerful BC signals. I still have recording of the reception with Alfred's voice on cassette.
