Below average reception of this freq tonight, the signal has a crispy  sound and  quick fades  , S meter is a  bounce house ., although perfectly readable.

Good reception from Botswana tx, historical discussion concerning administration of Grover Cleveland, Henry Cabot Lodge and others concerning immigration ( alcoholics and criminals, fears of undermining U.S. workers) and taxes / tariffs being higher than spending rate at the time.
Off at 1500 UT in the middle of the dissertation.
