First tuned in to music at 2258 UTC, into time pips and some sort of newscast at 2300 UTC. Signal still amid the noise and fading making tough copy tonight.
Checked back at 2345 UTC and signal still S3-S5 just above the noise. I'm looking forward to the earlier sunsets here in Western, MA so I can listen to Magic's regular programming this fall and winter. Hopefully good reception conditions prevail!

Magic weak and fadey tonight with music, time pips at 0000. Solar flare at 1837 UTC and another bigger one in progress at this time. NOAA Auroral zone looking pretty angry this evening!

Good carrier here on 6924.2/.3 ish but no audio at 0116 UTC tune in. 0123 UTC, I'm getting some strange music....just above the noise floor, but it's there.
Off around 0136 UTC ....I'll have to listen to the recording tomorrow on this...too tired to keep my eyes open now....very intriguing program....

Tuned in at 0022 UTC to hear "I Want Your Love" by Chic with nice S8 signal here, only to have Magic close down a few minutes later
(Signal was much better than last night, well above the noise and minor selective fading)

Something here also at 2347 UTC, but the wide signal from Radio Paisano on 6925.1  and the usual peskies on LSB  made tuning in difficult.

S7 here well above the noise on 6919.7 KHZ at 2300 UTC with a 1960's sound clip mentioning Radio Free Europe. 2301 UTC RFW ID..."Time Warp, into I'm A Believer-Monkees, Cherish-Association, Just My Style-Gary Lewis & Playboys, It's My Life-Animals. Nice clean AM audio tonight comrades!

Tuned in at 2354 UTC on 6925.2 KHZ to same as other posts. Signal pretty steady, but lots of noise tonight.
2355 UTC Honky Tonk tune
0001 UTC Silence for almost a minute, then another Honky Tonk tune!
I'm not up on my Honky Tonk tunes Hmmm, the one at 0002 sounds like George Strait
0010 UTC The signal is started to get buried in the noise...
0013 UTC "Dang Me"-Roger Miller (I remember this one well....)
0016 UTC "King of the Road"-Roger Miller

Signal picking up now...S3 with slight fade and a high noise level at 2150 UTC. Music sounds fine, but the announcer is still partial copy. Nice to hear this every evening! Looking forward to the planned programming

0042 UTC Wolverine Radio ID...signal about S7 tonight with lots of band noise here

EDIT:Last nights reception was really good until about 0057 UTC when the signal started to head towards the noise. In less than 5 minutes, it went from S7-S3 here in Western MA. I checked NOAA and sure enough a solar flare spiked sharply during this time frame. At one point, I couldn't even tell what song was playing. The ionosphere sure can be a bad mistress.....Good show with some songs I haven't heard in a while on Classic Rock...thanks Wolverine!
