The signal you are receiving is ALE (Automatic Link Establishment). The stations perform regular "soundings" on pre-assigned net frequencies in order to maintain a link quality analysis and determine the best operating HF frequency.

Sounds like you caught the aircraft in comms with the satellite coordination centre requesting to turn off the SATCOM link.

What I got from the recording is as follows:
