I do know the facilities have traditionally been well maintained and guarded; One of the <undisclosed> antenna sites was blocks from were I used to live in the Keys.

I am unsure if, based on its South Florida regional location , if the presence would "pull" more budget money that the other stations, but the point made by that Mr. Dine would not surprise me.
