9650 KHZ @ 23:39 UTC 22 March 19 (18:39 CDT local) in French.   Sounded like Caribbean music with drums and xylophone  with male singers joining in at 23:41.   Lost signal to QRM at 23:43 .  Came back VERY weak (but steady)  at 23:44.
Not bad at all for 50 KW

 classical guitar music with orchestral backing.  Spectacular signal on the 750 .   Incredible what 200 KW can do with a little advance work.  OM narrative after the ID.  Great listening.

MW Loggings / KFAN ??

1700 khz Minnesota Gophers  and Penn State Nittany Lions basketball game @ 0040 UTC, Big Ten tournament on the Sangean portable.   Problem is KFAN in Rochester, MN broadcasts on 1270 and KTLK in Minneapolis MN airs on 1130.  Not sure what this is and my WRTH is unavailable.   Okay but not great signal, too many thunderstorms around.
