20:14 UTC - No signal to my location. With an SSN: 123 and of Kp: 5, unfortunately, propagation is poor and has been as such for the past few days. Stations would have to be well above 14 MHz at this time of day to make it up my way and I do not expect the band to open up until after 00:00 UTC.

Where are you getting your TLEs for FLTSATCOM 2 and FLTSATCOM 7 (USA 20)? They do not appear to be included in current TLE files (unless they now go by some strange catalogue name).

Of the remaining FLTSATCOM series, FLTSATCOM 2 is the only one with a footprint into my current location.

A bit of an odd one ... or perhaps the station forgot to change frequencies or is keying multiple transmitters simultaneously while making the call. I do not believe that I have ever heard a MARS station operate on a HFGCS frequency therefore it is most likely an operational error.
