S-9 Plus, on top for now of heavy static crashes.
Nice signal S-9 plus, some atmospherics. Nice modulation, light Jazz at 0044 UTC
More than likely, you heard " OTR" = Old Time Radio
Lots of static, but clearly a signal in there.
Pigmeat, WBCQ is on east coast and has 50kw, are you serious about one of those people weinering to oh great protector of the empire, FCC ? Haha
I assume 7 TREE, 5 and 9 plus 20 peaks..

I seem to hear a carrier here with fading, but audio is faint possibly distorted?

Its difficult to know how many folks we have here as broadcasters. Some run multi.
It is interesting to receive one of those little ten watts Brit Bricks. Its ok, but 10 watts on 41 meters is safe from FCC and maybe safe from too many listeners.
What you have here are pros and people with table radios. Its a nice thing to have a cheap SDR.. I do.. and it lets you receive pretty high definition SSB, on the CHEAP!

2343 UTC- Signal climbs up now I can say.. THIS AUDIO GWAD DANM BEST I have heard on Freedom frequencies from AM.. IT is YES, better than WBCQ ! Just wish it were not spring storm season, but alas this static thing only get worse as we go in.
Why can't we ever get music like this on FM. Oh, its because big brother corporations have taken over.
Also some kind of gWAD DAMN DRAGON breathe interference from some pollution station. Why do these stations still exist on shortwave?
