This indicates the large distance between the SW transmitter and MW

Simply, each transmitter is fed by different programme content from the same website(s), I guess.

Belarus has probably provided Russia with one of its strong old transmitters

I think, there are amateur transmitters. Modulation quality, etc. allude to

Some russian anti-Polish propaganda (at the moment) from YouTube, not Free Waves Bay actually.

Signal on 1575 kHz arrives from the northern part of Belarus. Programmes on 3940 kHz are most probably being transmitted from the same location.
