Spy Numbers / cw on RAF Volmet 5.450

Has anyone noticed a string of numbers in CW  on the same frequency as RAF "one time weather report" on 5450 kHz 0615/ 16/6/25?  Is this normal?

rising out of the mist in Dublin now-  discussion re Bakewell Jaffa cakes and request for Ian in Isle of man

Pop station- strong near Dublin but very close to  type signal on 6500. needs +/- 2.5 khz bandwidth to listen clearly. Good modulation, very little QSB.

Heard St Patricks Day program at location north of Dublin. S9+30   - (must be running some power!). Grand old Irish tunes we learned at school. Great modulation. Most enjoyable listening while I pottered in the shack.,
