I hear it's a person in Sacramento area. Who has a beef with a club in that area. And he just sets it and walks out of the room and lets it go. Apparently this club uses both of those frequencies or right next door.

7258.5 CW on 7/26/2025 at 0406 UTC it's anywhere from an S6 to an S9 drifting. In the Mojave Desert. In fact this is probably where I heard it last night. I put 7259. Didn't bother to fine-tune it I guess.

Beacon. Fast tok tok. Signal strength is 10 over in the Mojave Desert. Some code in there on occasion. DIS??? DIU?? I'm not that good at reading code. This one was too fast for me. Every few minutes the signal strength drops out like the antenna has changed directions. Every 15 minutes or so it shuts off completely for about 5 minutes.

Ah good job tracing this. Thank you for that info. I'm right now talking to some friends of mine on 3900 and I mentioned HF Underground and told them that people are aware that and are watching it on here. Everybody's really curious about what it actually is.

Thanks for the info longwire. I knew somebody out here must have heard it before. A gentleman I was speaking to on 3900 Lower Side Band noticed it and told me he had heard it off and on over the years.
Also thanks for the reply teotwaki I will start looking at posting recordings on YouTube.

Thanks. I will record it next time. Is there a way to attach a recording? That would be a great feature here.
