Heard first time 22nd of April before closing at 1700, today again in Russian from 1600 UTC until 1659, then open carrier and switch to Radio Taiwan International, also in Russian.

Heard first time on 8th of April, since then not every day very well heard due to propagation and jamming. Today 20/4 very well heard, jamming just started 1736 but signal considerable stronger here in Austria. TX
