Hearing it on a New England SDR. SINPO 33333 with some fading and peskie QRM on LSB.
2232 - Weak modulation but I recognize classical music. I should know the piece butI think it's one of the Vienna Waltzes. Seems to be Richard Strauss.
2236 - Volume turned up a little, but only a little, or maybe just my imagination and maybe only briefly.
2239 - Definitely turned up a bit for ~ 5 seconds but again back down again.
2240 - Switched to male vocal pop-ish music. "Cluck, Cluck, Cluck" over the music - That settles that.
(Somewhere in here there was a quick shift to 6949.9 KHz)
2245 - Frank Zappa.
2248 - Change to Bob Dylan?
Thats Zappas lead zinger Spoofing Dylan in the sing " Flakes "
2246 - Frank Zappa, "Bobby Brown".2236 Music by Johann Strauss
Thank you
Side note: It looks like Stern Radio has closed down. At one point before they closed, there were four AM stations on at once. What's the occasion, other than it's Thursday?
We know you know how to listen to SDRs like the rest of us so quit playing innocent
Hey! It's Batboy! Pride of both Pt. Pleasant WV. and Galliapolis,OH. I wonder if he was able to score enough cash off of the defunct "Weekly World News" to move out of the rock shelter and into a double-wide?
Always check for an Adams apple and a five o'clock shadow. That way you won't get any unexpected surprises on your date.
FROM BALLSMACKER TEAM:
SOOOO Sorry!! Apologies to Wolverine...we had no intention of overlapping. The frequency was clear up to 30 seconds before we powered up. Once a month or two we get a chance to rebroadcast on the weekend...usually with different antenna and power settings to compare propagation and modulation and to reach an audience that can't listen on Friday nights.
As soon as we learned there was a problem, we switched to LSB and prepared to move to another frequency. Just as we were ready to move, Wolverine did instead. So, we went back to AM with our tails tucked between our legs.
AGAIN, WOLVERINE: VERY VERY SORRY!!! Thank you for working it out and sorry for the inconvenience. We will try harder in the future.
