Utility / Olympia Radio SVO 8414.5 DSC and a question about their QSL infomation

I sent reception report to their emails(Shipsva and olympiaradio) a year ago.
But didn't receive any reply till now.
Do Olympia Radio SVO issue their e-QSL now?How about their email address?
