Can vaguely hear male / female voices alternating, continually speaking, slowly and calmly, but cannot make out any of the words or language.

Does not appear to be a harmonic of 4551.5 or 12806.
S7-S9 at my QTH in South Louisiana on the kiwiSDR.

05:10z Redhat talking about spinning drunk (I can relate to that)

Pretty decent S9+15 tonight, some fading.
Glad you put some solid compression/limiting on it this time. Broadcast is really cutting through tonight as opposed to usually getting lost in the fading.
