why none of POCSAG software are able to decode signals from 26 MHz to 39 Mhz ?

From months now I have every day some Mobitex 1200 transmission on :

30 MHz, 31.575 MHz 32.325 MHz 34.3 MHz

Where are these frequencies from ?

Wcode decodes some frames

Hello

I have many POCSAG type on 26 MHz band these days in France . I can't decode one . I tried WCODE , Sorfmon, PDW . I have some local POCSAG frequencies , I can decode them.

Can someone succeeded ?
