HF Beacons / POSSIBLE HF BEACON AT 13'5Mhz

Frequency: 13.5 MHz
Signal Type: Regular beeps, 3 beeps per second.
Duration: The signal has been active for over 30 minutes without interruption.
Pattern: The beeps are consistent and regular, with no voice modulation or noticeable variations.
Possible Category: HF Beacon. It doesn't appear to be Morse code (CW) or any other conventional modulation.
Time of Observation: 2025-04-29, 19:50 BERLIN, PARIS, MADRID.
Reception Conditions: Clear signal with no significant interference or distortion.
Additional Observations: The signal shows no fluctuations or changes in the beep pattern so far. It appears to be an automatic transmitter.
Has anyone else heard something similar on this frequency? Is it a known beacon?
