Wednesday evening when we had the minor geomagnetic storm and 40M was very dead, I did not hear the beeps on 7050. So I'll infer the might not originate from Southern California.

Ok, good, someone else has been hearing them. I've been hearing them for  couple weeks now.
Just this evening decided I would trace this out a  bit and make sure they weren't emanating from some equipment of mine around the house.(SoCal, IE) Came here after hearing them on Northern Utah Websdr.

I use 3550 and 7050 for CW, if this is one of the clowns building desert beacons on CW frequencies, please remove these frequencies!!
