Hello!

I happened to hear this while testing my LoG-antenna. I'm using a RTL-SDR Blog V4 -receiver with a nooelec-clone balun and a loop on a ground -antenna. Apparently this was a "ghost" signal so the real frequency is probably different. But whatsoever, I wonder was this a russian pirate perheps?

Receiced in northern parts of Finland.
