Thought I'd chime in... I bought this kit from eBay recently.
I''ll start by saying that I've actually designed and built several non-radio kits for my own business. I was unable to get this one running.

Engrish aside, the design is very interesting and easy to understand. 4 parts were missing, including a couple "irritating" to fine.
Once I sorted everything, I had a spot-on carrier with no modulation. I troubleshot the obvious culprits for a day, and them binned it.

I have no doubt that the design is worth the money, but missing parts from an overseas shipper suggests a certain level of "I don't care."

Seems a bit more like rag-chewing to me then that. Again, I can't even place the language. Not English or Spanish.

Anybody know what the source of the chatter on 6960lsb and 6970lsb is right now?
I can't even make out the language. there was a ton of this lsb chatter across the band on Halloween & I've been pretty curious. Any ideas? fishermen maybe?

Caught this one as well. Love the 1910's novelty-band interstitching music between cycles!
An S2 on my pl-660 with a wire out the window (hey the power has been out for 6 days-do what you gotta!). The male voice was also lost in the noise here in Reading, PA. A digital QSL would be awesome here as well!
