Copied SFI in CW followed by dashes both last evening (0400 utc) and again this morning on about 4094.8 ? DW was in at times with a nice signal

Been hearing S off and on this evening while SWLing. Its a nice signal at times thou with QSB. At 0210 utc S has changed its format sending an S long dash S. Band is very up and down here.
