If you experience SWR issues with your antenna ON, the issue is most likey the input to teh Amplifier.

What type of amp are you running?

KIPM is a licensed FM station in Hawaii...

But I'd rather Here Alan Maxwell's KIPM any day!

Awesome.  The band has been open to some degree or another every afternoon for the past few days.  Most of the openings seem to be from Latin America but I do hear a European station in there from time to time.

Agreed..

I run a homebrew 1/4 wave ground plan on the roof (102" whip, ~102" wire radials x4) and talked to 10 division (Mexico), 9 division (Canada), and all over the USA. I also heard 34, 194, and a few others in there as well...

Get some wire in the air and get talkin'!

Also heard the flutes, crow caws and Male Voice ID.

Sounded like a children's rhyme, another ID KROW, a male telling a short story, and the ID with S/O around 2138.

Signal was S4

10/11 meters / Late Report: 25.925 AM - 0116 UTC Feb 8, 2016: KIPM
« on: February 08, 2016, 1922 UTC »
Yesterday, I was scrolling the 11 Meter BX band to hear what I could hear... and on 25.925 AM I am hearing KIPM.

I believe it was "The Final Descent into Madness" episode.

Signal: good to very good. Very nice AM signal.

Very cool to hear someone using the 11 Meter BC Band, which is a total waste of freqs that few use around the world, although I really think this is a relay, as KIPM was a Large Signal SSB station...
