If it's still not up for you, give it about 24 hours. Some ISP's don't update their DNS cache for a while (like mine)

Nah, it's a domain issue. Domains just point to the server that the website is on, so it should all be fine.

Erm.. What part of that was control? They're forcing the Telco's hands by forcing them to upgrade or gtfo. I like the idea, personally.
