I'm not too disturbed with closing VOA shortwave.  The internet has supplanted shortwave broadcasting almost universally.  VOA has been closing SW transmitter sites for a long, long time.  There is a good video on youtube of the blowing up (actually down) some of the curtain arrays in NC.

If getting the message out is important to the government a platform will be found and used to get the messaging to the target audience.

Anyone keeping track of jammers these days?

Just heard a huge one, BUZZER, +70-dB over noise floor at 11:40-ish UTC 2025Mar30.

Getting into the 30m HAM band with splatter.

Just tuned in right before an unreadable ID "? Radio" at 23:19.  6930 KHz, USB, Nice discrete frequencies in the spectrum.  S-5 on the meter.

Missed the ID at 23:27 from a nice static crash!

23:34 UTC ID, QSL to moonlightradio1@gmail.com or is it moonliteradioone@gmail.com (?) to confuse things some!  Then off.

4
Pickin' 'n' grinin' music, 6935.27 KHz carrier.  S 6-7 on K3 meter.

5
Hearing an AM signal with music coming through at times, mostly just weak carrier.

22:00 Nothing ID-able ever heard, possibly AM BCB station harmonic junk?

6
Radio Free ADD Ids.  Thump, thump, thump beat!  Audio bw about 3.0 KHz, a 220-Hz carrier gives a low hum to it all.  Nice signal a few s-units out of noise at 04:04 .  Instant
request.

Very weak here, bits of music coming thru.  Carrier has 3 or 4 second period fading probably station modulation not propagation, Carrier moved around by 300-Hz at 01:08 UTC.

Better signal at 01:11, "Behind Blue Eyes" cover by ?
Fishy heard under 01:14 UTC

More sudden frequency excursions 01:19.

Bat Man @ 01:33

off air 01:41 UTC.  No IDs heard here but out of the room at s/off...
