Clandestine Stations / Radio Ranginkaman.

Radio Ranginkaman logged on 7580Khz (am) transmitting from Moldova and beamed at Iran. They transmit twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays at 1700-1730utc. Anyone else have anymore info on this station?
