Things don't look promising for VOA as of yesterday, at least for now--

On April 23, a DC District (trial) Court judge granted most of the preliminary injunction, in favor of the VOA employees: https://primarynewssource.org/wp-content/uploads/show_public_doc-3.pdf

Then on April 3, the DC Circuit (appeals) Court largely stayed and dissolved most of that preliminary injunction from the District Court, allowing the administration to proceed with their dismantling of VOA:

And most recently, on May 22, the same DC Circuit (appeals) Court refused to reconsider that stay of the injunction, allowing for ongoing open season on VOA

In Chinese with YL and OM hosting dialogue driven show. Weak but steady.   Very rare to catch this on 11925 because Radio Marti usually splashed all over 25 meters on 11930 and 11860 khz.   Guess that's not an issue anymore (for now anyway)!

Perhaps the shrinking audience and cost vs return  of SW simulcasts  ( along with transmitter parts maybe becoming harder to come by) struck a death blow for 99.9 % of all  tropicals

Not to mention the death blow to the technicians that know how to service those  transmiiters.       Time marches on....
