Very sad story! What happens in Hungary now?! On the Kossuth Radio (is very strong here in Albania!) I hear in the news "george soros blablabla immigrants blablabla orban viktor blabla bla" like "kim jong un blablabla kim jong un blablabla" on the north korean station, 6400!

That's it! Absolutely disgusting, and a lot of people only can get information from these channels on the countryside, so they end up totally brainwashed.

Yep, it happens, but too much happens in this country these days. Maybe I go back on air once, from a different country, I had these kind of plans anyway, to leave this insane place in the near future. But for now, I'm pretty sure I will be quiet for a while.
They also visited today a friend, who only had 1 Watt on air in the 3 meter band. They are raiding everything these days, it is just crazy. For 10 years, until now I could broadcast with 100 - 300 Watts at weekends without problem. In the last one year they raided all my radio friends.
I don't know about the airtime rent, I just want to operate my own tx. Maybe remote QTH, or mobile.... I don't know yet.

Thanks everyone, who wrote me reports here! It was a fun one month, but it is over.
Unfortunatelly, today, while I was testing some, the hungarian telecommunication authorities showed up, so looks like no more transmissions from Hungary.
We had problems for like a year now with more and more frequent pirate radio raids on 3 meter band, so I tried to move to shortwave, and hoped the best. Sadly, they told me, they are monitoring these frequencies too, and no mercy to unlicensed activities even on sw, so they killed my sw station too, pretty quickly.

Now mostly hungarian rap music is playing. At 1620 UTC genre going to change.

I think electroswing is the trumpet techno you heard.
Btw I think that is the same radar what made me change frequency, it done on this frequency, and moved to 6385 where messed up my signal on 6380 every night.

Just moved it again to a new frequency.
Testing 6335 now.

Moved to 6310 kHz and testing there now, because the strong, pulsating transmission always keep showing up around 6385 in these hours.

This does not sound like the original Chaos R from Budapest heard last week.  Straight Reggae does not seem to fit the operator's format?

I can assure you, it fits. I like to broadcast a lot of genres from like 60's music to today's, depends on my mood, so don't try to find any system in this broadcasting. There's a reason why it called chaos radio.

I think it is my signal. I am playing electronic music mixes now, without talking. I can hear it really weak on the Twente SDR.

Hello everybody!
I don't have a mailbox dedicated for the station yet, but I'm going to make one.
This is my second day testing my new transmitter, I am new to shortwave. I used to do it on 3 meters, but visits became more and more frequent in my country, so I tried something new. I am broadcasting near Budapest with 100 Watts carrier power into a halfwave inverted v antenna, about 7 meters high above ground.
I have a facebook page only what used to be for the FM station. (fb.com/chaosfm)
