Anyone have any idea why Radio Australia has a Dream System Evaluation Panel Received Time Date of Wed Aug 20 21:00:00 2014 when the actual date and time at reception capture is Monday Aug 18th 2014 1141UTC

Was surprised that nothing I could do would decode audio. Signal ranged from S9 to 10/9. Couldnt get a good enough Signal to Noise Radio I guess.

Even though I knew it was not a standard encoding, I spent a good half hour trying different DRM settings and filter bandwidths on that 30/9 signal. Of course no luck other than getting its id capture. Gave up when it went off the air at 0430utc.
