I have delayed posting this, as I've spent some time trying to figure out the Enigma ID to which this transmission corresponds.  I admit that I cannot figure it out.  I'll be grateful if anyone can help me identify this transmission.  Thank you very much, in advance, for any help you can provide.

The message was in CW, and was repeated, as follows (this is to the best of my knowledge, but might be less than 100% accurate in translation):
