Shortwave Broadcast / Jamming of VOIRI 9650 and 9790 kHz 1630 UTC 1 Jun 2018

The Arabic transmissions of the Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran seem to be affected by deliberate jamming. Siren-like signal has been observed on the 1st of June 2018 at 1600 UTC on the frequencies of 9650 and 9790 kHz.

The same sound also presents at the moment (2nd of June 2018 at 1157 UTC) on 13610 and 13785 kHz.

Longwave Loggings / DHO37? (tent.) on 36 kHz

The signal of some new LF NAVY transmitter was observed today (6 May 2018) on the frequency of 36 kHz from 18.00 till 18.22 UTC (closing down). I didn't find any information about some facilities on this QRG in Internet.

The same signal was also visible on Twente web-SDR with much higher level, so I guess, it's from somewhere in Western Europe.

Update: according to info in some old frequency bases, it could be German navy station DHO37, Burlage.

Unidentified mode. The signal has been received on 6443.3 kHz (approx.) in LSB. Time: 20.45 UTC, date: 2 May 2018.

The signal is currently audible also here, in Kyiv.

ID and Translation Requests / Big JAB or not? 1440 kHz 0550 UTC 12 February 2018

Hello.

I have received NA station on 1440 kHz with sports format on February 12th and 13th 2018. The content was in parallel with WRED webstream in the last case. However, unfortunately, there is also another one (at least) station on 1440 kHz which broadcasts Fox Sports programmes at night time (WGVL from South Carolina), so I can't be sure in the station identity.

I have also recording made on 12th of February (0545 - 0600 UTC). It seems, something similar to "Big JAB" sounds at the beginning of the clip:

Does she say "Big JAB" at 00.02 or something else?

Unidentified station with programs in unidentified language and African music has been received today (11 Aug 2017) at 18.35 UTC on the frequency of 5940 kHz:

The station is most probably from a Muslim country. The music sounds Somalian for me, but I'm not sure.

FM Free Radio / Dutch FM pirate was received in Ukraine!

FM pirate station from Amsterdam Dance Radio has been received here in Kyiv on 87.5 MHz from 1500 till 1525 UTC during Es propagation in June 4th 2017. Thanks to my colleague Jelmer for the help with identification!

ID and Translation Requests / Unidentified pirate with ID on 6300 kHz

Some pirate station with ID has been received on April 1st 2017 on the frequency of 6300 kHz from 2310 till 2331 UTC. Presenter says: "...19 minutes(?) after midnight" (at 2319 UTC), so this station most probably broadcasted from Ireland, U.K. or Portugal (I guess Ireland, because op's voice is very similar to the one of another Irish pirate). Any help with ID "deciphering" would be appreciated.
