WWV on 20 MHz is a quite rare guest here. And even more rare on 25 MHz! However, sometimes, these signals get strong and clear:

10/11 meters / KLDE 25910 kHz FM received in Ukraine

The STL of KLDE from Texas has been received here, in Kiev in November 9th 2014 with relatively good signal level:

All content was in parallel with their web-stream.
The signal has been received in AM mode with -2 kHz detuning, thus RX quality could be even better, if I would use a receiver with ability of NFM reception on that frequency.

Most of the time was only a weak carrier here. But I have observed very good peak from 03.14 till 03.24 UTC with SINPO up to 44433, despite local EMI noise.

These devices are really protecting from EMR of almost whole wave length range in a room. It's a plug with short-circuited contacts.

Good signal in Kiev, Ukraine on 7730 kHz with a slight FSK UTE QRM from 7732 kHz. SINPO=44444.
