Really tough copy tonight into Masset with a huge amount of atmospheric noise and low modulation (at 04:31 UTC check).

Looks like his 6925 kHz was a one-off. Back to 6935 AM tonight at powerful S9+10 into Masset, BC with the usual genre of big band type instrumentals (very enjoyable). A fair amount of atmospheric noise tonight. ID at 04:19 UTC. A very nice shout-out to me at 04:28, mentioning the "Elephant Cage". Bud clearly knows something about the FRD-10 antenna just down the road from my listening post! Thank you! Walt

Pretty bad static today into Masset. Interestingly, though, the last 20 minutes or so of the broadcast more or less suddenly really picked up to just about very good level.

Good reception into Masset at 05:00 tune-in. SSTV image at 05:11 of a red question mark, with a top hat and upper torso. I don't see anything that looks like an ID, though. Off after that.

Off at 04:30:10 UTC tonight. Signal remained strong throughout, from 03:44 tune-in. Josiah must have improved things. In the past, there would be wide swings in signal strength, but not so yesterday nor tonight. Good steady signal.

Back again tonight, UTC 12 May 2023 with very nice reception from 03:44 UTC check. He wasn't there at 03:27. Masset, BC reception.

Wow, the static is TERRIBLE tonight into Masset. The Op, I presume, was talking for a few minutes up to 04:54. Only poor to fair copy. Not sure whether he went off, or there's music that simply too weak to hear afterwards!

I'm hearing them very faintly into Masset at 04:42 UTC with music. I'm measuring 6016.675 in AM mode. A first for me.
