0438z - Very faint signal. Can hear a woman talking; definitely a broadcast, not a conversation.

Just caught the tail end of what I believe was a Pirates For Peace show, and now at 0224z, hearing what sounds like Blue Ocean Radio with Also Spake Zarathustra sign-on, into a young lady singing with guitar accompaniment.

There's something really, really wide transmitting from 6850-6950khz tonight, in roughly minute-long bursts. Kinda sounds like OTHR, but it's much, much wider than any I've seen before.

Hearing a carrier on and off with 60hz hum. No other modulation obvious. I'm not sure if this is actually a pirate, but I figure it's likely.
