Got a solid S-7 signal here. Modulation sounds a bit muffled. Hard to describe but it almost sounds the way SSB does when you listen on AM. Killer signal, though.

Typically CRUSHING signal into northern Canada this afternoon. About 4 hours earlier then usual. Always GREAT to hear an old friend!

Beautiful S-7 signal into northern Canada. Earliest I've ever heard a pirate station. Awesome!

Got them in here, solid S-3 to S-5 signal.

QSLs Received / Re: WPOD QSL's

I also received the first card, mine number #28. Thank you very much! It is very much appreciated.

I don't believe the "translation" as listed. Code is generally sent in 5 letter groups. It makes it more difficult to fill in the "easy" parts like "I", "a" etc.

I can't speak for everyone but my opinion is this: I may think he's a dick but when he was just producing programming he was gold. If he's actually broadcasting I'd be interested in listening to him. But if it's just all the sock puppet bullsh!t all over again I'd rather it stayed over on the other site.
Just my opinion.

We don't ignore pirates here, that's a tactic from the "other" site. We welcome ALL of them no matter our personal opinion of them.

It says they (the FCC) were responding to a complaint; you don't suppose that someone with floppy ears made another phone call? Could he be sucking the fun from being a FM pirate as well?

Yup, and if you use the GreedBay postage calculator it'll probably cost $500.00 to mail it to Canada. $750 if you use Airmail... I was gonna get a Commander Bunneh mouse pad but would have had to remortgage my house to pay shipping.

I've been hearing the RTTY in northern Canada as well. Signal so strong and steady I thought it might have been local. Good to know others are hearing it.

Ditto. Even though the Internet may frequently be about petty bickering and snide b!tching, when the crap  hits the fan we worry about y'all and think and pray (yes, pray) for your continued well being. Even rabbits.
