They have a pound of reverb on?? I have never heard that much echo on any broadcast ever!

I was going through the list of SW pirate of HFU'S wiki site and came across the voice of hell. Has any one ever heard it or have recordings of it? It sounds like of the more creepier pirates.

PBS will make a documentary that clearly shows how powerful radio can be. The fact that a play by Orson Welles made America completely loose its mind still shocks me. I wonder is WCBS in NYC will play the orginal broadcast, because they definetly should. It would be so cool to see how we react to it now, and also make for a fun catch for MW DX'ers on that night. WCBS 880 kHz.

WOW! What a catch for me, heard it at 1802-1805, way down there in the static but i clearly heard the speaker ID as "This is WPFW, 89.3 , NPR for washington D.C"
