Just signed on, sounds like a New Year's Eve show. Chuck Berry playing live (or at least live when the recording was made). Also mentions of Henny Youngman. Possibly from the WBBM Channel 2 New Year's Eve: Chicago Style show from 1978/1979.

A much weaker carrier then appeared, but no audio.

The signal came up to SIO 444 at 0022 for a few minutes.
Off or faded out at 0025.
