Sorry, I'm new to beacons. Considering this is in the ham band, I'm guessing that this is amateur, but I can never make out exactly what the ID is. It seems to have an odd echo/multipath effect. Any ideas?

If i remember correctly, the Eton/Grundig E3/G3 gets long wave down to 100 khz. I know the G5 has down to 150 khz.
