2324  On shortly after KIPM via Undercover Radio went off.  Music, waterfall sends (couldn't decode them here), 2333 voice ID into bits of singing / formal music alternating, more Beatles like music.

0221 listening for a while.  Sounds like a malfunctioning xmtr. with bursts of music then pause.  Stuttering.  Weird.  Suddenly off at 0222 for about 45 seconds, then back with same (maybe reached the end of the song then a pause and start of another?), off again at 0227.  Back at 0229.

S7 so a decent signal strength in generally quiet conditions.
