2005 UTC Strong signal here in English with very loud whining noise on LSB. Audio on USB is fairly clear and good copy above the QRN. Signal is unusable in AM....passband tuning distorts it in USB....
2020 UTC Intro music, followed by YL in Spanish
2040 UTC Signal is much clearer in AM versus the whining noise now...perhaps the whine is not a transmitter product?

His name is Michael Baxter and he is the founder of the website www.someonesbones.com The email address is someonesbones@yandex.com I believe this site is the source of the podcasts being relayed by our anonymous friend.
The email I sent did not bounce, but when trying to access the website, I get Error Code 137  

I seriously doubt that he has any idea that he is being relayed on shortwave. I emailed him to see if he will respond.
