Too much pesky interference to get a good copy - only hearing bits & pieces

2315 - hearing QSL information, "...send 3 units of postage-  32 cent stamps.. (must be a recording from 1995 - 1998)
2317 - ID given but again too much interference

I started noticing the transmission in January. It started out occurring every 15 minutes but only lasted 1 second in length. It progressively got worse over time and occurred more often. I agree that it seems to be on 8991.

It is so strong that I can hear it on my Tecsun portables with a simple whip antenna.

0037 - Heard OM give an announcement that they could be heard using AM mode in the 60mtr band (around 5050-5060 khz) within 30 minutes
