(presumed), 1212-1317, March 23. Unusual day with no
white noise jamming from N. Korea; series of monologues
in Korean; some Korean pop songs; fair-good. My audio

CONGO. 6115, Radio Congo, 0534-0555, March 23.

My reception here on March 21 was completely all "RN2" (Japan),
from 0518 till clear ID at 0600, with no hint of Radio Congo.

March 23, completely different propagation; fairly decent reception;
clear "Radio Congo" ID, with xylophone(?) before and after ID; only
after about 0550 was there any sign of "RN2" far underneath. Radio
Congo really dominated the frequency!

When checking for the return of Voice of Indonesia on 9525 (yes, they
are finally back on the air again), found QRM from Xing Xing BS (Star
Star Broadcasting Station - Taiwan) on 9522, at 1214, on March 22,
with ex: 7502 being silent.

Solar Centric Radio:

Mostly fair reception from 0106 to 0150*; very different programming
than any pirate that I have heard before; lecture by a person who, when
he came out of a coma, experienced a higher level of consciousness;
"The universe is a hologram. The mind is a hologram"; ending with -
"Hello, hello. Happy equinox everybody. Happy green equinox 20-16.
 Happy equinox from Solar Centric. Solar Centric"; during lecture there
was background music.

BOUGAINVILLE. 3325, NBC Bougainville on March 16 finally a day that propagation favored NBC instead of RRI
Palangkaraya; 1145-1202*; DJ in Pidgin/Tok Pisin playing pop Pacific Island music; for a time (1155-1159) RRI was
off the air; 1155 said "winding down" program; 1200 nice ID; "island broadcast . . NBC Bougainville . . frequency 3.325
kilohertz in 90 meter band, shortwave one, 94.5 frequency there . . 95.5 . . Central Bougainville . . . NBC Bougainville."

CHINA. 5436-USB, VC01 (Chinese Military numbers
station), 1038 and subsequent checking till 1256, March 9.
Fair with OTH radar QRM.

TAIWAN. 7502.0-AM, StarStar Broadcasting Station (Xing
Xing BS) (V13), 1218, March 9. Chinese numbers; clearly in
AM mode, although I occasionally see reports of it in just USB;
fair; schedule here: 1200-1230 & 1300-1330.

CHINA. 7878-USB, VC01 Chinese military numbers
station at 1229 UTC and still here at 1302, on Feb 23.
So another day, like yesterday, that they did not switch
to 3519-USB, as they often do around 1130; erratic
schedule; fair reception.

Feb 21 heard V24 with nice signal here in California at *1500 on 4900 khz., with
an open carrier noted as early as 1457. Opening song - Chohon (Spiritualism)

during the numbers. Nice music !

a letter; fair to good reception; 0359 - "Shalom man. Peace. That means peace in Hebrew. This is Josiah. I really am
live with you on the mike. Operator of free radio station YHWH. Originating from the West Coast of North America . . .,"
but actually was a recording, not live, as I have heard this same segment before.

Heard daily now on this frequency, during this time period.

"Radio Station YHWH" (religious pirate). Tuned in at 0254. New frequency of 5950 AM.

Have heard this station many times in the past, but always with recorded programming,
but tonight was a first for me - a live on-air segment.

0254-0325 with the usual recorded segment; 0321-0325 - as usual towards the end
of the show, gives the "Ten Commandments of Yahweh"; fair to good.

0325-0332 live segment; "Shalom man. Peace. That means peace in Hebrew. This
is Josiah. I really am live with you on the mike. Operator of free radio station YHWH.
Originating from the west coast of North America . . ."
