Tonight, at 22:30 UTC,  the Arecibo Observatory signal consists of an unmodulated tone carrier (ITU designation N0N)  on 5125.0 kHz.

Arecibo on 5125.1 kHz par SV1XV, on ipernity

Again a strong signal from Arecibo Observatory, 11 kHz wide and centered on 5125.1 kHz, with a new sweeping modulation pattern, at 23:50 UTC.  The Arecibo signal was received using a Perseus SDR receiver and a dipole antenna.

Arecibo on 5125.5 kHz par SV1XV, on ipernity

Last night I received a strong DSB signal, 11 kHz wide and centered on 5125.5 kHz, with sweeping audio modulation, at 00:30-01:39 UTC. Twitter user @HAARPDXing2017 confirmed that this was indeed the Arecibo Observatory ionospheric heater. The Arecibo signal was received using a Perseus SDR receiver and a dipole antenna.
