About even with the noise so it is very hard to understand what he is saying. Maybe the band will improve.

I toured WRMI last summer and met Jeff White and most of the crew. All really nice and they spent a lot of time with us (wife was with me). Quite an installation and an outstanding antenna farm. If you are ever going to be in the area schedule a tour with them ahead of time. Info is on their web site.

I can hear traces of music even with the noise here in SE Fla. Can't quite make out what it is. Hope the band gets a bit better soon.

They had me at commemorative mug.

Just talked to KSM / K6KPH on landline. They gave up on 7050 due to other RTTY QRM. It is a madhouse. They confirm 45 wpm and 170 shift if I can find them on RTTY.

KSM solid 57 here on 4350.5, 8438.3, and 12993. Poor copy on 6474 due to noise on frequency but just able to pull them out. Started listening at 0116Z here.
No copy on 500, 16914 or 22445.8.
Also no copy on K6KPH on 14050, 18097 or 21050. Going to keep checking 3550 as it gets later but nothing yet (maybe a station tuning)

I really have fun doing this.  :)

Barely audible here in SE Fla. Noise isn't bad, just poor propagation I guess.

rh, probably. All my really good tubes are gone. Gave them away last move. 2c39's 4X150 and on and on. I wish I had kept everything.  :(
And you should put some of those tubes to use and off the furniture.

I think I still have some 6CW4 nuvistors. Built some VHF and UHF converters with them back in the day.

~runs out to garage~
.
Went and looked. Couldn't find the 6CW4's but found a 7587 and a 8058. External anode nuvistors.
Boy, am I old.

About even with the noise here - S5 with some QSB.

S9 in S Fla. Great signal, way above noise.
We will rock you!
