Most likely is someone has their soundcard incorrectly selected in the JT software. What's supposed to play over their speakers gets transmitted on the air instead. Happens quite often, and sometimes pretty funny.

VoT on 12035 with their morning broadcast at 1330z. Supposed to be in English, but it's an unid language for now. S8 signals to start. Stayed in the unid lanuguage for the whole broadcast and off at 1425z.

Finished up listening to RRI on 7375 (+20 signal this evening) and heard VoT IS on 7280 at S7, 7265 at S8. Looks to be their Spanish broadcast to South America, 0200-0256

All India Radio on 11560 at 1424z with Indian music. Pretty solid S8 signal, but interference with whatever those digital bursts are that are seen/heard around 11 MHz. Looks like off the air at 1429z.

Voice of Turkey on 12035 with their 1330z broadcast to Eu. This is supposed to be the English broadcast, but so far, it's not. Possibly Turkish language today.
